We ask for a small holding deposit up front just to secure your place in our work diary and then we use a carefully scheduled payment plan that’s agreed in advance and aligned with key stages of the project. This ensures transparency for our clients and allows work to progress in a structured, fair way for everyone involved.
Our approach gives you clarity, protects both parties, and keeps your project moving smoothly from start to finish.

Being local means we understand regional planning requirements, building regulations and the expectations of clients in these areas, while still operating with the professionalism of a larger construction firm.
We have recently finished jobs in Chislehurst Kent, Dorking Surrey, Richmond and Acton East London and Horsham West Sussex. Prior to that, amongst many more we completed in Cobham, Arundel, Tunbridge Wells and Weybridge, so as you can see we get about a lot!
